Shipping & Returns

RageMoto Performance wants your shopping experience with us to be hassle free so we have a pretty liberal return policy.

Should you need to return your item, please read our Return Policy carefully:

All returns must be pre-approved by RageMoto Performance in advance, accompanied by a Return Authorization #. Under NO CIRCUMSTANCES will your return be processed without RageMoto Performance approved Return Authorization number.  We will not credit any purchases over 30 days old.

Return Policies

·         No credit exchange will be given unless all parts and packaging are returned as new.

·         If we send you the wrong part we will cover all shipping expenses to replace it with the correct one.

·         If for whatever reason the part does not fit or function as stated for your application we will exchange for the correct part.

·         Each manufacturer has their own warranty policies. Any defect or repair return will require an exchange or repair return with the manufacturer.

·         No part which has been installed and removed may be returned for exchange or credit unless its meets the criteria stated elsewhere in this policy.

·         No item will be accepted for return that has been mis-packed by the sender. Any item that is damaged in transit due to poor packaging will be refused and sent back to the sender.

·         Special order and close-out items may not be returned or exchanged.

·         No exchange or credit will be issued unless all parts are included with the returned items.

·         Credit confirmations will be sent to you by e-mail only.

·         There will be no credit for the shipping and handling amount.

·         Exhaust Returns: Any return or exchange on an exhaust will incur a $50 restocking fee. No exhaust may be returned that has been installed or partially installed. If the exhaust has been installed and the bike run, the exhaust cannot be exchanged under any circumstances.

Billing policies

·         Orders are generally billed within 1 business day of your order being placed.

·         If your order consists of one or more items and a partial shipment is necessary, your order will be billed completely if the products ordered can be shipped with in 2 weeks of your order.

·         Back orders that cannot be fulfilled in less one month will be credited back to your account, at which time you may either wait for the back ordered item, cancel or change your order.  If a back order occurs any customer may call or email to cancel an order and receive full credit.

To process a return, please contact us for a Return Authorization number (RA#) and send the merchandise and your original payment receipt within two weeks of the date of the RA# issuance. 

Please indicate whether you are exchanging the product or applying the amount as a credit. If exchanging, indicate the product of your choice. Please allow 1-3 weeks for any returns to be received and processed.
